We are delighted to announce that AFM has been named Business All-Star Facilities Management Company of the Year 2026 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF).
This prestigious recognition is a proud milestone for everyone at AFM and reflects the commitment, professionalism and hard work of our teams across Ireland.
The award recognises AFM’s comprehensive facilities management offering, consistent performance, transparency and strong focus on our clients. The AIBF Adjudication Panel highlighted AFM’s performance, trustworthiness and client focus as part of its assessment.

Independently Recognised Standards
The All-Ireland Business Foundation describes its Business All-Star programme as an independent accreditation process assessing areas including business performance, reputation and customer-centricity.
According to the AIBF, its evaluation includes examining a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, engaging with customers, employees and vendors, conducting interviews and assessing the customer experience against defined metrics.
For AFM, this independent recognition is particularly important because it aligns closely with how we want our service to be measured: through consistent delivery, accountability, transparency and the experience we provide to our clients.
Our focus on quality is also supported by AFM’s current ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, covering quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
