Job Description:We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team. This role involves supervising staff while also working alongside them to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organise daily cleaning tasks and assignments

• Supervise and support cleaning staff on-site

• Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team when required

• Recruit, train, and onboard new cleaning staff

• Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters

• Approve timesheets and working hours

• Monitor cleaning standards and ensure all areas meet company expectations

• Report any issues or supply needs to the Area Manager

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning and/or supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure

• Flexible and reliable with working hours

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Arrangements:
