Job Description:We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team. This role involves supervising staff while also working alongside them to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and organise daily cleaning tasks and assignments
Supervise and support cleaning staff on-site
Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team when required
Recruit, train, and onboard new cleaning staff
Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters
Approve timesheets and working hours
Monitor cleaning standards and ensure all areas meet company expectations
Report any issues or supply needs to the Area Manager
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning and/or supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
Flexible and reliable with working hours
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:
Flexibility required based on business needs
Role is based in Saggart
