About this Role?
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Manager to lead and oversee our industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production processes, optimizing resources, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and supporting business growth through sales and service upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage industrial operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maximize performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Implement quality control measures and uphold safety protocols across all operations.
Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and energy to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to align production with business goals.
Support business development by identifying opportunities to upsell services and promote additional solutions to clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends, promote innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Industrial Manager or in a similar industrial/production leadership role.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Experience in sales or client-facing roles, with the ability to upsell services effectively.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Experience in resource optimisation, budgeting, and operational planning.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement effective solutions.
Ability to analyse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements.
