Responsibilities:


  • Manage direct reports and report to Senior management

  • Follow and be compliant with all EH&S regulations of internal and external customers and suppliers 

  • Develop business objectives, plans and budgets with your client 

  • Analyse SLA’s and KPI data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities

  • Benchmark performance data across similar contracts and industries

  • Agreeing and documenting performance targets with relevant clients, contracts, divisions, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure that there is a clearly defined procedure for rectifying processes or services that go outside a defined set of performance criteria

  • Make certain of the timely delivery of KPI data and reports

  • Ensure and implement a contract performance measurement system to monitor and improve business processes

  • Assist in the identification of performance improvement opportunities

  • Ensure that corrective action requests are raised and managed in line with procedures 

  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed

  • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors

  • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals

  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders

  • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff





Requirements for this Role?

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of Total Facilities Management. 

  • Challenge existing processes and introduce new approaches to improve quality and efficiency and actively be able to encourage and support creativity in the contract

  • Ability and proven experience of developing effective relationships with key stakeholders to establish trust, credibility, and respect

  • Able to deploy process improvement tools and techniques to schedule, plan, track, and correct process performance

  • Understand how to obtain and ensure quality results to achieve total customer satisfaction

  • Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems

  • Proficiency with repair tools and techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members

  • Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities

  • Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills
