Area Managers
Dublin Area, Leinster, and Nationwide
Immediate Start
AFM Ireland is seeking to hire an Area Manager to manage a number of client sites in the Dublin Area, Leinster, and Nationwide. This position will require an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated, customer focused, and can manage a team of employees to complete assigned tasks to the highest standard. Successful candidate will have previous management experience with attention to detail.

The Ideal Candidate:
· Must have previous management experience
· Previous experience in the Cleaning Industry not a requirement
Previous experience interacting with and influencing clients
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have excellent IT skills
Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues
Practical and logical approach to problem solving with attention to detail.
Be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain
Requirements for this Role?
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop client relationship and daily interactions
Develop AFM Ireland as the preferred and expert supplier to all client sites for the provision of cleaning services and grow additional service lines
Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited in line with specification
Provide guidance and direction to the team
Ensure business sector is fully compliant with Industry Standards, relevant employment legislation, ERO requirements, ISO and Company procedures & policies
Prioritise health and safety at all levels
Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
